small as one or two buildings to facilites as a large as 30 or more buildings.

Bay Span, Inc. offers the services that you require to manage your facility. We
manage sites where the responsibility for all facets of the facility operation fall to us.
This is accomplished by managing client-specified sub-contractors, or by performing the work with
our own forces. On other sites we are responsible for only certain protions of the facility operation.
